Hey guys first post n hi
Used sabnzbd for a while now but last month been getting the same error on everything i download,
  » Download failed - Out of your server's retention?  , i am currently using astraweb to download and SSL on there EU server any idea why this is happening?

The general cause is that what you want to download is too old
and is no longer present on Astraweb.
Do you get lots of "missing article" warnings too?

Less likely, but also possible is queue corruption.
Start up SABnzbd once with the --clean parameter added.
This will remove the download queue and internal administration.

Ive tried downloading loads of things and nothing works. How do i do that clean parameter things sorry a bit noob to all this technical stuff

fixed had nothing to do with servers but download folder being dodgey thanks alot !
