Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Used sabnzbd for a while now but last month been getting the same error on everything i download,

The general cause is that what you want to download is too old
and is no longer present on Astraweb.
Do you get lots of "missing article" warnings too?
Less likely, but also possible is queue corruption.
Start up SABnzbd once with the --clean parameter added.
This will remove the download queue and internal administration.
