SABnzbd Forums

Normally when I download an NZB it is automatically extracted. Recently it has stopped extracting the files and the download just shows as being in the queue. I have not changed anything. The status is shown as either downloading (but showing 0:00 to go) or waiting. Files are sitting in my temporary download folder but do not go to my completed folder. A typpical file name in the temporary folder is SABnzbd_nzf_4jagmn if that helps. Any suggestions?

What happens if you set the priority to 'stop'?
Which version of SABnzbd are you using?

After this problem started I moved to 0.7.3 but still not getting anywhere. I have a new message this morning on one of the downloads saying "Download failed - Out of your server's retention?". Tried changing the priority to 'stop' but again no change. I am using Astraweb and the retention is set to 0.

Okay I think I seem to have fixed the problem by changing the port for the Astraweb connect although I am no wiser about why it should have suddenly stopped working. Thanks for help.

Which were the non-working and working ports?
