When I http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/ and press enter it takes very long for the page to load Most of the time it won't even suceed..
When it does actually load in that page i try to view the que etc.. and its the same problem.
I have also noticed that things i click (i use sabstatus one click downloader)
doesnt get added to the que.. and even if they do. they seem to have some kind of an issue with unraring/unparing. where they wont do it until everything in the que is downloaded (then it does it all at the same time)
does anyone know whats causing this and how to fix?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
