Couchpotato setup not working

HI All
Have Just setup SABNZBD + Sickbeard + Couchpotato,
SAB and SB are working without any issues just a few tweaking is required. The only problem i am having is with Couch Potato. I have followed several guides to setting this up but for the life of me i am unable to get it to work. I have set this all on on Windows Server 2008. I have rechecked everything and now don't know where to go from here
would appreciate any help
