In the History section, below queue, I see my shows that have downloaded. In green there is a message saying "Processing Folder" followed by the path to the show in the download/complete folder. At first I thought it was saying it was working on it, but now it seems like I'm missing a processing setup step. I've tried to manually post-process from SickBeard which fails too. (per another post I've already made sure the sorting is not also enabled.) Is this a normal message or am I missing a step in my setup?

I am having the exact same issue as the original post. SABnzbd is showing this message in green "Processing folder C:\Users\scott\Downloads\SABnzbd_complete\TV\Game.of.Thrones.S03E10.Mhysa.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264 (More)", clicking on the more link displays the following:

Loading config from C:\Users\scott\Downloads\Sickbeard\autoProcessTV\autoProcessTV.cfg
Opening URL: http://localhost:8081/home/postprocess/ ... D5.1.H.264
Processing folder C:\Users\scott\Downloads\SABnzbd_complete\TV\Game.of.Thrones.S03E10.Mhysa.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264

It has been sitting idle with this message for a few hours now. I too have sorting disabled in sickbeard. I followed this step by step when installing.

CouchPotato and Headphones both seem to be working properly with SABnzbd, Sickbeard is the only one causing me problems. Any help is greatly appreciated.
