ISSUE: Download Problems - Connects, Disconnects

Hi,

I've been using sabnzbd for a few months and just the other day I started getting connection problems. It would connect, download very slowly then disconnect and stay disconnected. I contacted my usenet provider and there is no issue on their side or with my account. My internet is fine as all other internet activity from my PC (the one I run SAB on) and other connected devices work fine.

If I go to the Server settings and click test connection is successfully connects. Under status it shows connection is enabled but number of connections is 0. There are no errors or warnings in the log.

I have tried shutting down SAB and restarting, rebooting the PC, etc. to no luck.

If there is additional information I can provide to help diagnosis the problem please let me know, thank you!

Possibly there is some corruption of admin files.
Stop SABnzbd and start it once like this:
WindowsKey R and then type (including the quotes):
"c:\program files\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.exe" --clean
or
"c:\program files (x86)\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.exe" --clean

This will empty the queue and get rid of any corrupted files.
