multiple Newzbin RSS VS single RSS, multiple filters

Hi All,
I've always loved the rss functionality of sabnzbd for downloading latest content automatically. However my demands constantly grow meaning I have to constantly create new searches in Newzbin, copy the rss feed, create a new rss feed in sabnzbd, set up a few filters and categories for where to put it, and then save. This is a) time consuming and b) no doubt pretty heavy on newzbin to be checking all the feeds (up to 50 feeds now) every hour.
I was wondering if it would work if I just had a blank search in a newzbin category (ie. pda or tv), copy the rss for that search, then use the accept/reject filters of sabnzbd to specify each and every post I want automatically download. This means that only one feed is being read from newzbin, but am worried it may not get everything I need....
Perhaps the second option is what is best, but just need some advise before i start setting them all up.
