lost contact with program sabnzb 0.6.9

Hi,
I have a QNAP TS-412 NAS with a QPKG plugin sabnzbplus 0.6.9.
Sometimes files are hard to download and then while sabnzb is busy downloading repair-blocks, contact is often broken for several minutes.
At this moment sabnzb is trying to catch repair-blocks for more than 3 days and apparantly does not succeed in it. That's probably the cause of the following problems:
- I can hardly contact the program sabnzb: often more than an hour of trying, is the result. After a couple of seconds the contact is then broken again.
- when I succeed in contacting I cannot delete the file/film in the waiting list AND I cannot stop the process of downloading repair-blocks in history.
- I disabled sabnzb+ and the reactivated it: without any result
At this moment I consider to delete the program completely to install it for a second time, with all the including disadvantages. And after a while there is a considerable chance to meet the same problem.
Has anybody another idea to solve the problem(s)?
