How to stop onscreen messages

When a program is 'Snatched' etc those messages pop up on the right in the SABnzb brower windows, how do you stop them from appearing at all?

I don't know what you mean exactly. Is this about Growl messages on OSX?

How embarrasing..its not SABnzbd behaviour I was talking about..its the Sickbeard messages..sorry for that...just realised where I posted this..
