I am not sure who can help me or who to contact.

On 4Dec11, I joined SAB and payed the US$11 fee by PayPal. For reasons unknown to me, PayPal saw fit to hold payment for an audit.

I have since emailed them and told them the purchase was legitimate and they have completed the payment and corrected my account.

in this case,i usually go to pp resolution center and call cutomer service to let them help me.

I'm not sure how you transferred the money, but we accept only donations.
We do not sell memberships and there's nothing you can purchase from us.

Did you expect to get a subscription for a Usenet server?
If so, you can use the link at the top of this page, in which case you
get a subscription from GigaNews (and we get a referral fee from them).

To further clarify, SABnzbd does not sell anything through 2checkout, nor do we sell anything at all. You likely paid for usenet service, and need to take it up with whoever you really signed up with.
