Hi guys,
i'm a 3rd party user and when im at my friends place (he set it up for me) it all works fine but when im at home the process works but nothing downloads.
im sure this is a beginners problem but i just don't have much experience with this.
Any help would be appreciated,

If you have no more info than "it doesn't work", you'd better ask your friend to come over.

oh yeah, just found this:

okay from looking around the internet i think this may be a problem with the settings of my home internet connection
