Is Sabnzbd adding up download amounts correctly?

From what I see how can the week amount of downloads be higher then the months?

Think again: the start of the week rarely coincides with the start of the month.
So on Dec 1, the current week was already 3 days going (assuming the week starts on Monday).

So SAB measures in *calendar* weeks and months? And that's because an ISP does that too (if it the ISP measures traffic at all)?

1. Yes
2. Maybe, in 0.7.0 you will be able to set your own turn-over day for quota management.
