Set timer for speed limiter

Hello, I did a search and didn't find any request quite the same as what I'd like to see, as I don't want to involve the scheduler or anything complicated.
I would like to be able to set a timer on the speed limiter.
I.E. you set the limiter to 512KB/s and in that same little window you can set a countdown timer for X amount of minutes. Once that timer runs down, the limiter is removed and returns to full speed.
This feature would be handy if for example you want to watch some youtube vids or whatever, but you don't want to outright pause your usenet downloads, just give yourself some bandwidth headroom for say 30 minutes...
Make sense? It should be fairly simple to implement..
P.S. sorry my first post on the forums is a request
