I have large number of items in the queue (often 20 items)

I will order the items using the high/low/force cats and also manually set the order with pull downs in queue.

Next time a open the web interface, i see the order has changed.

You cannot override the priorities by changing queue position.
At least not permanently, the first a a sort evaluation is done the
priority-based order will come back. Like on startup.
