item moved to bottom of queue when category is allocated

OS: OSX Lion
Install-type: Mac package
Skin (if applicable): Default
Firewall Software: little snitch
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? (yes/no) yes
I have number of items in the queue (10) and the top items category is default (all others are set to something - tv)
I change the category of first item from default to tv and the item is moved to bottom of list (incorrect)
