Downloads folder onto Time Capsule. Help plz

Hey,

I have Openelec(xbmc) running on a small HTPC with the sabnzbd suite addon installed. Sabnzbd is up and running fine. But I want to have all my downloads saving to my time capsule.
I have tried a number of different address formats such as smb://ip/downlaods and volume/time capsule name/downloads but it keeps defaulting back to it default folder.

Please Please Please does anyone no the correct address format for connecting to a time capsule?

any help would be cool..

On Linux/Unix systems, external drives need to be mounted.
Check the documentation of your OS.
The effect is that the external drive looks like it's part of the local file system,
with a path like /Volumes/extern-drive or /media/extern-drive
