Hello,

I am from canada with Bell as internet provider, when i add a file to the download lign (wich is empty) the download starts the overall progress bar advances but i do not get any files its always 0 mb out of 0 mb and in the speed section i see its on .14-18 kbs and download is at idle
i tried to reconfigure, i formated my pc but nothing helped i use supernews and port 443 SSL google chrome with sabmonitor and i use as search engines newzbin and nzb matrix

it used to work about 2 weeks ago

Are your NZBs within Supernews' retention time?
Is the end result an entry in History? If so, what does it show when you click this entry?

so i just tried out something
i was trying to download a file that is 254 days old and i get the problem
i saw your post and i tried to download a file that is only 5 days old and that one worked perfectly
i went in the config and recheck my retention days witch is 1194days to make sure it was set up good and it is but the file older of 254 days i cant download
and after i tried with a different file 380 days old and that 1 works no problems
the file i download get the same problem from nzbmatrix and newzbin
is it possible that some files are protected or blocked ?
i am lost right now

Nowadays many Usenet providers are receiving DMCA notifications and
subsequently remove posts.
Also, not everyone who posts NZBs to nzbmatrix and similar sites posts proper material.

BTW: if you have a single server in your setup, do not set a retention time.
Retention times are not absolute.
Only set a retention time when you have multiple servers with very different retention times.
In such a case, SABnzbd will not waste time asking a server for an article that it is very unlikely to have.
