Any idea why this happened?

I know it's a long shot that someone might know why this happened, but I figured I'd ask anyway. I was downloading a large file today (16GB), and when it was done it said that it failed. I can't remember exactly what the message said as I just cleared it and moved on without giving it much thought. A little while later I noticed that my main system drive (SSD) was listing that I only had 1GB of free space left. I knew that couldn't be right as I had over 17GB a moment ago and I have a separate data drive that I use for storage. Well, after doing some investigating, I found the file I had attempted to download sitting in the main SABnzbd directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\). No idea how or why it got there. I double checked my folder settings and I definitely have both the incomplete and complete download folders set to my separate storage drive. Given this information, does anyone have nay idea what might of hapened. And more importantly, what to avoid something like this happening again in the future? I can only assume it had something to do with the unpacking process, but I can't even be sure of that.

Thanks in advance to anyone who is able to assist.

Without a log file there's not much we can do.
It looks like a case of an incorrect path.
Where is your sabnzbd.ini file stored? In the program folder?
Do you have category paths?
RAR files can contain absolute paths, but SABnzbd prevents unrar from unpacking to absolute paths.
