Hi,
just downloaded an .avi from 14 hours ago, and i got a message saying:
Reparatie mislukt, te weinig herstelblokken (587 te weinig)( --> Not enough par2 files to repair this file with red skull next to the file)
When i check the file manualy, the file is downloaded without any errors(no repairing needed), and is ready to unpack. I did this, again, manually.
How come?

Two possible factors:
- The post uses a non-standard naming convention for the par2 files
- The post has invalid par2 files (there's one release group in particular which messes this up).

Can you email the NZB to bugs at sabnzbd.org (please add the URL of this thread) ?
BTW: we're working on a (partial) solution for the next major release.

Can this be a third possible factor: the post was still in the process of being uploaded / propagated. At the first download, not all stuff was available, and the the second download, all stuff was available for download, so it went OK.

Oh, a fourth possible factor (based on my experience): if you do an ugly stop/reboot during the download, SAB will result with two appearances of the download in the history, and certainly one with the mention "not OK" (or something like that). Clicking on Retry will straighten everything: just one successful download in the History overview.

i would like to send an Email, but can't find an Email-adress...

As a reply to Sander: if the file was still uploading, i wasn't able to check & extract the file manualy. The file was 14 hours old, so the file should be complete on binsearch. I just may try the option "retry" the next time. This was a small file, but when having a big file like a Bluray, i wouldn't be happy downloading it twice.

Tried another download, and now there were no probs....strange..

Nothing wrong with the NZB, downloads fine here.
It could very well be that you tried to download before all parts were available
on your Usenet provider's servers.
I think that if you try again, it will work this time.

Where did you get the NZB from?

Yes, i tried it again, and it worked just fine now.
All parts en par2 files were available though since i could check the files manually, and no uncomplted files were found.
I got the nzb from Binsearch; i always do...

Just some hickups, i suppose......
