Create a HTPC new computer

What is the best motherboard and graphics card I need to run XBMC with SABNZBD -
I heard AMD A series chip - any thoughts
The motherboard must support Raid 5
I have 6 tvs running on this system.
I want to have a box with RAID 5 and back it up with my DNS-343 Raid 5
Below are the thoughts - just need hardware input.
a) Get a half decent case and good power supply / motherboard.
b) Buy 4 3TB drives and one smaller O/S one.
c) Install windows on the smaller drive.
d) Setup drive 2 / drive 3 mirrored and then drive 4 / drive 5 mirrored. You now have a 3TB drive D and a 3TB drive E.
e) I would setup all my tv shows to go to drive d and all my movies to go to drive e
f) Have the important stuff backed up to the dns-343 with a batch file
If anything happens to the computer itself you'll be able to pop the drives out and read the data off of them.
