Had 2 NZBs today reported as empty that worked when I added them manually. Both from the same URL and added via sickbeard on the first go-round. Should I send the files somewhere? Should I post the URLs?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I added 2 via uploading file and one via the URL. They all worked.
There's nothing in the info logs around the time that they were added the first time. Don't see anything relevant. Seems like the first time around, from reading the logs, it never found the name of the show so it didn't try to download them. Would be helpful if the logs showed the url of empty NZBs and logged that as a Warning.
