  • Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.

    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Help with new version

I have recently upgraded and my Win7-64 installation retrieves the nzb file but the files never d/l. I believe I have everything set correctly, but I am at a loss as to why the d/l won't start. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Do you see anything on the Status->Connection page?
