I have just installed SABnzbd to Windows Home Server 2011 and I am able to open it up on the server itself. If I try to connect to the web client from another computer within my network I cannot get it to come up though. Whenever I try it Firefox comes back saying it timed out.
I have tried ports 8080 and 8106 and have tried changing the SABnzbd Host to 0.0.0.0, blank, and 192.168.0.2 (the server's IP)... nothing works. I have tried forwarding the ports on my router to the server's IP (which may not be the correct way to do it, I'm not sure.) I have added the ports to the servers firewall to be allowed.
Any help appreciated, thank you.

Re: Can't connect to web client from within network
Did you restart SABnzbd after changing Host and/or Port?
What if you turn off the firewall on your WHS?
From your PC, can you ping 192.168.0.2?

Re: Can't connect to web client from within network
Yes I restarted everytime I made a change. Yes I can ping it.
I just turned off the firewall and now I can access it. I must have added the port wrong to the firewall then? I obviously don't want to leave it turned off.
Thank you for the quick response.
