I tried following the google link on reasons why im getting the 481 error message. I verified my account is active and paid. Im still not able to find why im still not able to download anything. Any direct advice would be helpful. Thanks@

Did you try an alternative program (e.g. Grabit)?
Did you ask your Usenet provider what going on?
