Categories - prevent creation of job folder

I'm new to sabnzbd so hopefully I was doing this right, but here is a problem I found.
Version: 0.6.9
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin: Default
I was originally on 0.6.8 and installed over that with the new version.
In the categories section of config I've been trying to create some categories and use the * to prevent creation of job folders. If I put in the following:
Category = TV
Priority/Processing = Default
Folder/Path = TV*
Group/Indexer tags = blank
and click Add I get the following error message = Cannot create directory C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\TV*
Which is odd as my download path is set to E:\Newsgroups\Complete
I get the same error (only with the correct path) if I put in a full path (Eg. e:\newsgroups\complete\tv*)
However, I found a way around it which works: I create a category without the * (eg: TV) and click Add. Then I add the * and click Save - it still produces the same error message as above, BUT, it appears to save the setting and extracts to the TV path without creating job folders.
