58 year old, fairly computer literate, cannot pull this together.
I used the howtogeek guide on setting up "tivio" type operation on my computer. Probably misinterpreted all the settings instructions. Subcribed to giganews, nzbmatrix, SABnzbd, SickBeard, and installed XBMC.
SAB shows that I downloaded a couple of shows but, for the life of me, I don't understand how to watch the shows with XBMC.
Haven't felt this stupid since I downloaded programs over a 300 baud modem onto a cassette tape on my Apple II in 1980!

Do you have XBMC running on the same system where the shows are downloaded to?
If so, just navigate from the XBMC video menu to the files and press play.
What kind of extensions do the shows you downloaded have?
