What kind of paths do you use?
X:\Complete is a Windows path, which cannot be used by software running on a NAS.
You need to use internal NAS paths, looking something like /Volume1/Complete.
Check for advise on the site you got the package from.

This question is about the NAS itself.
I'm afraid I cannot help you with that.
Maybe the support forum for your NAS can answer your questions.
