Ubuntu to Windows orphaned jobs

Hi,
I found SABnzbd+ nearly 8 months ago when I was looking for a Ubuntu friendly alternative to NewsBin Pro. SABnzbd+ is excellent. I really like it. So when I recently started using my dual-boot to boot into Windows more I decided to install SABnzbd+ on my Windows 7 also. Install and setup went smooth and everything was fine, I thought. However when I went to setup all the options to match my Ubuntu preferences I noticed pretty much every single thing I've downloaded with SABnzbd+ on Ubuntu is counted as a orphaned job in Windows. What gives?
If I click add to add the job(s) back to the queue nothing happens. They pretty much go to the queue and a split second later "finish", but are added back to the orphaned jobs list. If I click x to delete them, they're deleted as one would assume. However they're not added to the trash so that isn't an option I'd like to use to remove them from the orphaned jobs list since I don't want to actually delete the data in a irreversible way. If I click repair, again, pretty much nothing happens. SABnzbd+ will restart and a few minutes later come back online, and a portion of the orphaned jobs will be removed from the list. So I did that a few times and the list dropped to around 20 or so. However when I shutdown SABnzbd+ and restarted it the list returned in full with every orphaned job the was "repaired".
I've never run into this orphaned jobs list in Ubuntu, and everything I've downloaded that past par2 checks and extracted properly I've had no problems with and kept. Likewise, obviously anything that doesn't extract properly I delete and look for alternate sources. Should I just ignore these "orphaned jobs" and presumably let the list grow?
Thanks,
IDRISCKY
