In Newsleecher extraction process is done after each episode is downloaded. I can even change the order of which episodes to download first.

I'm ready to dump Newsleecher if this is possible in sabnzbd.

In SABnzbd, unrar will only be attempted once the whole job is complete. If you want to start extracting before a job is finished, stop getting nzbs that consist of with multiple rar sets.

We are planning on creating a pre-split option.
Do realize that bad naming conventions by (some) posters will always make
this less than an exact science.
Also the question remains what to do with loose files that are often part of posts (like srr nfo files etc.)
