Downloading priority over uTorrent

For a while I have been wondering. Since a while i noticed that SabNZBd+ has a lower downloading speed than my maximum bandwidth capability. After some experimenting Ii found out that uTorrent is sapping lots of bandwith. Before I started using SabNZBd+ I used Newsleecher. This program didn't have that 'problem', so that gave me the idea that Newsleecher has a priority over uTorrent. Now I was wondering if there is a possibility in either SabNZBd+ or uTorrent to give SabNZBd+ priority in bandwidth usage over uTorrent. To give SabNZBd+ the full capacity I currently turn off all the running torrents.

If there is a solution to solve this I would be pleased to hear about this. If there ain't a solution I would like to make a request to the developing team of SabNZBd+ to develop this functionality.

There are (paid) solutions to regulate bandwidth on PCs, like NetLimiter Pro.
An alternative is to set the QoS (Quality of Service) parameters on your router to favour
Usenet traffic over BitTorrent.
There won't be any solution in SABnzbd though.
