PostProcessing?

Post by swalsh19 »

This one is kinda weird. One time the post processing will work fine and the next time it doesn't auto-rename folder. All I see in the logs is this.
2011-08-05 02:10:00,019 ERROR: Error renaming "d:\downloads\complete\_UNPACK_Burn_Notice_S05E07_HDTV_XviD-LOL" to "d:\downloads\complete\Burn_Notice_S05E07_HDTV_XviD-LOL"

Any idea as to why it will work on one file and not the next? If I manaullay rename the folder to remove the unpack, I can manually process in sickbeard.

Windows is notoriously reluctant to let you rename folders.
If it even thinks some other program is using a folder, you cannot rename it.
That other program might be a virus scanner, but also Windows' own indexing service.
For that reason SABnzbd already does 10 retries with a pause in between.
If even that doesn't help you can switch the rename option off in Config->Switches.
