Off Topic: Suggestions for ripping ~ 500 DVDs.

Post by oxseyn »

Hello All,

First, I know this isn't related to sab - users around here are so savvy though, I thought I might get some good recommendations or tips.
I've got ~ 500 ripped DVD's sitting in some binders. I'd like to rip them all and load them up on my NAS. My NAS is running Ubuntu 11.04 x64 server with no GUI. It's got a DVD-RW connected via USB.

Any suggestions on the best way to do this? I'd like to semi-automate the process so that I just drop in a DVD, script takes over, rips, names it, moves it to the appropriate folder on the NAS, ejects the DVD, then I just feed another one in.
