Difficulties with upgrade from 0.5.x to 0.6.6 on WHS

Hello,
I need some help please! I was previously using 0.5.5 (or something close to that) on my WHS. I had set it up to run as a service using srvany from the NT resource kit, which has worked reliably over the past year. I finally decided to upgrade to 0.6.x, and now I'm having a couple of issues. I removed the service I had created for the old install, upgraded to 0.6.6, and followed the instructions in the wiki to install as a service on WHS. I now have two services (the binary, and the helper). It will run, and I can access it via a web browser from a PC on my network, but any time I do anything that requires it to restart, it becomes inaccessible. I have to log into the service, stop the helper, then restart the binary. Any idea what I might have to do to fix that?
Also, I'm having some problems with the web interface. The setup screens have problems with text floating over some of the buttons, making the text hard to read, and sometimes the buttons hard to activate. This happens both from accessing directly on the server using IE8, or from my client using IE9. I had no problems with the plush interface previously (on 5.5.x).
Thanks for any help and suggestions!
