I would like to see that when you load up an nzb-file, that it first looks through it's queue to see if it doesn't create a duplicate and also check the incomplete folder to see if it creates a duplicate (usefull when sabnzbd has a corrupt cachefile like me when upgrading from 0.4.0 rc5 to 0.4.0 final) next it also needs to check the downloadfolder to see if it creates a duplicate. if it does create a duplicate, have it check if ALL the files are present that are needed (rar, zip, jpg, mp3, but no par2 ofcourse like sab already does). if there is a need for extra files, ONLY DOWNLOAD THOSE EXTRA FILES.

the simple explanation is to resume a download when the queue has been corrupted.
