Tray icon disappeared after upgrade to Lion

I'm running 0.6.5. The tray icon was fully functional prior to my upgrade to OS X Lion. Now it doesn't show up. The server is running fine, everything is in working order when viewed via a browser I just can't get the icon to show up. Anyone have any ideas?
