SAB Mac OSX - not showing speed or progress or connections

Hey, I'm using sab and its gone down to 0kb/s. Its showing 0 connections to my server (supernews).

However, everything is still downloading. If i click refresh, there is progress at a rate I'd expect but SAB is not telling me the speed/servers/anything. According to SAB its at a halt but everything is progressing.

How can I fix this?

I downloaded the NZB files from nzbmatrix. I did delete them after I opened them on SAB. Did that cause the problem? This specific file is 1032days old... is it because its old retention?

If so, will it return to normal once I have a youngish/in retention file? Thanks.

It takes quite a bit of time before Usenet servers say "article not found".
This means that the "download" speed is very low.
You should be able to see this by the missing article counter running up
each time you activate the hover-over popup of the queue entry.

I had this happen to me too. What I noticed was that I had put a certain number of days of retention in the settings for my servers. If the .nzb file was older than the days in the retention setting for my server, SABnzbd will not bother trying to download. However, you will still see the progress bar but no download speed or time remaining.

SO, I removed the number of days of retention on my server and everything works fine for me now.

Since you said that the file is 1032 days old, if your retention is set to anything less than 1032 days, SABnzbd will not download.
