URL Fetching failed; (Problem accessing nzbmatrix server (error:no_nzb_found)), Try again

I try to download a file from NZBmatrix very soon after it is released and it does not fetch. I can download the same file in the same timeframe with newsleecher and it works fine. Is there some setting that I need to change or is this an issue?

Does newsleecher support the nzbmatrix API or did you just download the NZB from the web site?
It's a known issue with nzbmatrix that it takes a while before NZB files can be downloaded through the API,
instead of directly from the web site. Sometimes an NZB never shows up in the API.

When you download with Newsleecher, are you feeding it a URL or a downloaded NZB? We use NZBMatrix's API to download stuff. If NZBMatrix is down, or their API is down, or they're broken for some other reason, we can't do anything about that. NZBMatrix goes down constantly, so frequently in fact that they had to set up a separate domain just to track if their site was down.

I usually just go to the website and download the file from nzbmatrix.com

Right, then you're using their website. It sounds like NZBMatrix's API is serving up busted NZBs, making this not our problem. Please go complain to them.
