forgot my web username/password - anything I can do?

I was messing about and must have put one into my thing accidentally while updating my newzbin password, and it's not the same as anything I've used before and I can't guess it. I tried redownloading SAB over again, but apparently it saves it's settings even if i run it from a different application file. I'm using version SABnzbd+ 0.3.4 application file on OS X, is there anything I can do to gain access to it again?
