Split Connections between Priority levels

Hi,
sometimes you download a nzb that doesn't max out your internet speed. Like when you could download 1500kb/s in theory but that particular nzb only downloads with 500kb/s.
So in this case it would be nice to split the available connections between the nzb files in your queue.
You could give the 500kb/s download a low priority which would only assign 2 connections to it and then the remaining connections could use the remaining 1000kb/s of your internet to download another nzb at the same time.
