hi guys,

let me start off by saying this is the greatest usenet tool anyone could ever own.  I was a long time user of SABnzbd before moving across to SABnzbd+ and it appears as though it has only gotten even better than it was originally.

Anyways,  lately i have been having trouble using SAB in conjunction with TVNZB.com, i normally just select the NZB i wish to download and save it to the SAB NZB scan directory and things would happen on its own.  however this is not the case lately, as i am following the same process and for some reason its not adding to the download queue until i restart SABnzbd.  I will add that i have sab running as a windows service with the sab-console.exe.

Anyway, any help or perhaps someone with a similar issue may know how to resolve it.

You're a bnit short on details.

Do you have the problem only with TVNZB?
Can you add the TVNZB file to SABnzbd in another way?
Which version of SABnzbd do you use?
Have you looked at the Connections page for warning and errors?
Check the logfile (also on Connections).

If you cannot find it, send a log file to bugs at sabnzbd.org
(Don't forget to add the URL of this topic).

yeah sorry about that...

it is not only happening with TVNZB it does it with newzbin now aswell.
if i select multiple files and click the download nzb button and it saves them as 1 zip file then it won't import.... but if i click the inidividual eps file it will save it as 1 .nzb file and then it will import into SAB with no problem at all.....

I thought that it may have something to do with Firefox 3 as from what i can gather / remember it only started / noticing it happening after i upgrade to FF3.

also absolutely nothing in the log file at all against the time i TEST added a zip file containing multiple nzb selections from TVNZB and newzbin.  i then added 1 single nzb file from TVNZB and it loaded straight away.  Its as though SAB is not seeing .zip files  but once i restart SAB it will add the zip files straight away and i can see 3-4 eps in the queue....

Please, email one of the failing zip files to bugs at sabnzbd.org

What happens if you download the zip to a different location, then move it into your blackhole/watched folder?
