Can anyone please help.

i keep getting the same error when trying to download series.
the download will keep going untill the progress bar is finished, only then do i get the error : Download failed - Out of your server's retention?

the files are all brand new, tried different files about 20 times. each one with the same error.

tried renaming my path to make it shorter. tried changes news servers

Please can anyone assist. i have no idea what else to try

Did you get any errors or warnings?
What is your operating system?
Where's your "temporary download folder"?

With so little info it's like saying "it doesn't work".
That may be true but it won't get you closer to a solution.

where can i see the warnings? under status -> warnings. nope, none there. it actually says it was downloaded successfully

c:sabnzb\incomplete is my temp download

I'm using sickbeard to search for nzb's. have a newsdemon account
I've tried different files and diff sorts of files. hope this is sufficient info?

Your path doesn't seem very accurate it misses a backslash after C:
Can you have a look at the log file (also on the Status page).
Look at the end for messages containing your temp path.
