SABnzbd is already a portable app with a little trick for the OSX one
Copy your sabnzbd.ini file into SABnzbd.app/Contents/Resources and... you're done !
Next time you'll launch sab will read from here.
Just pay attention to your downloads directory... if you want to use an USB key maybe you should use paths like /Volumes/USBKEY/downloads/complete, etc.
Hope it's what you need...
