Over the last couple of weeks my downloads have been extremely slow. They will run at full speed for the first few minutes of SAB being running then will seem to stop. At this point SABnzbd will take minutes to load each page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and the issue keeps happening. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hahaha, I experienced exactly the same today! In my case the cause was apparently the wifi connection; after connecting an ethernet cable (and disabling wifi), SAB ran full line speed again. The root cause was the new wifi router, which was apparently working on a busy channel.
