The ipv6 error message is in fact just a notification that your operating system will favour ipv6 rather than the normal ipv4 IP addresses.

The only major problem we are aware of is some web interface issues in certain browsers.
Firefox version 2 has problems with ipv6 addresses and can take a long time to load, disabling a certain value in the advanced config can remedy this (navigate to "about:config" and search for ipv6).
The latest Opera release also seems to have problems where localhost will not go to the ipv6 address, you need to go here instead: http://[::1]:8080/sabnzbd/

Could you please explain your exact problem? What exactly is not working?

The possible IPv6 warning is only for VIEWING the sabnzbd under firefox2 under certain situations, not downloading from your newsserver.

1) Are your server details correct? Enter them in again
2) Is your queue unpaused?
3) Is SSL on under config>servers? (it shouldn't be for that server)
4) What version of sabnzbd are you running?
5) Have you tried the same server using a different program?

If all fails, email your sabnzbd.log (or the whole log folder) (location) to bugs at sabnzbd.org
