I would like to have the "Home - Add new downloads" form and the Queue view on one page. While I'm at it, the "Config - General - Download speed limit" would be handy too. I find myself click back and forth too much just to get to these three items that I use the most.

At the very least, it makes more sense to have the Add queue form on the same page as the Queue.

Anyone else feel the same?

Use Plush or Smpl.

The UI will be redesigned completely for 0.5.0.
Right now we are too busy getting 0.4.0 good enough for a "Final" release.
