Downloading seems to be Ok but there are no Data shown in Incomplete Folder
Posted: June 5th, 2011, 4:30 am
Hello.
First sorry for my english. its not my favorite speech.
My system:
Sabnzbd 0.6.2 final
OS: Win 7 64 bit
Skin Plush? default
Conected to 3 different Newsserver over ssl
64 MBit connection
max 8 MB/s
4 GB Ram
4 Core CPU AMD 995 something
2 HDD
C: SSD 60 GB
D: 1TB sata2
No skripts running, only open the incomplete folderstructure for overview the situation.
The "Problem"
In some case i got the red skull with the question if the data is to old?
Looking into the Incomplete folder during download there is no Data inside only the Admin folder is there.
( If the download is really normal you can see the rar files appearing here)
Opening the Download queue of a single File ( the page where you can see the single rars) its looks likes normal work... the status bar of prozessing is running up between refresh and the rar file disapears from queue when finished... but is not appear at the incomplete folder.
Result is a "complete Download" but no Data to extract so the Error and the red skull occurs.
The speed meter of sabnzbd shows 0 kb/s when its happend. but the Internetconnection send and recieve Data from the news server...
This not happend to all Nzb.
Redownloading the same nzb from the same Origin result in a complete and perfect download.
My newsserver have retention from 800 to 1000 days so the post is not too old and not marked as incomplete.
If i wonder is there any place sabnzbd store the incomplete rar files before they moved to the incomplete folder?
I changed the default folder to D: download/ complete, incomplete, cache and the cache set is 200 MB
Try other settings include cache set to zero but the phenomen still repeat.
Im not shure cause i used the 0.5.6 to short to say if this happend after the update to the 0.6.2 there was no problems with these issues when i using the 0.5.6 for a few days.
If you need more information please ask.
Thank in advanced
KoRi
PS i search a long time to find a post with the same problem but dont find one... sorry when i“m wrong by that.
