SABnzbd wizard does not accept my settings

If I go through the Wizard (0.6.2, English, Windows 7), when I get to the end and it restarts SAB it sends me back to the wizard. I'm using ssl-eu.astraweb.com. Has anyone else had this problem?

It usually means that SABnzbd cannot save its profile file.
How do you start it?

Kill the SABnzbd process with the task manager.
Open a command prompt and type this (including quotes).
"c:\program files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd-console.exe"
or for a 64bit system:
"c:\program files (x86)\SABnzbd\SABnzbd-console.exe"
Check for any error messages.
