Normal process...

I use Sickbeard and SAB. I don't have Sickbeard pass the NZB file to SAB, but just dump the NZB into the watched folder. Is is more efficient or any better to connect the two programs and have Sickbeard pass the NZB directly to SAB or using the watched folder does the job as well? I basically search for NZB's and then just save them to the NZB watched folder....then SAB scans this folder and does its thing. In a nutshell is this the usual way things are done?
