I have looked everywhere but can't find it.
Using the Windows install of the program where do I go to find the option to get the download screen to refresh automatically instead of always having to press the refresh button manually?
The wiki says it should be under General > Tuning but there is nothing on that section to control the refresh of the download view.

Depends on the skin you use.
Classic has it in Config->General.
Plush has it in the Options menu at the top right.
Smpl has it at the bottom.
